Sophia Halavi, Esq.

Sophia Halavi is an attorney at Hillstone Law Accident & Injury Attorneys, where she works in the firm’s pre-litigation department, focusing on case development and early-stage strategy to position claims for maximum recovery. She is involved in managing cases, ensuring matters are efficiently handled, thoroughly developed, and strategically prepared for settlement or transition into litigation.

 

Sophia earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2024, where she was a member of the Entertainment Law Review. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA in 2019. Sophia passed the California Bar Exam in November 2024 and also passed the Uniform Bar Examination in May 2025.

Prior to joining Hillstone Law, Sophia gained experience in lemon law, business litigation, landlord-tenant and personal injury defense litigation. Her prior defense-side work gave her valuable insight into how insurance carriers, defense counsel, and corporate defendants evaluate liability, damages, and case exposure. She now uses that knowledge to help advocate for injured clients and to position their claims as effectively as possible from the outset.

Sophia is known for her detail-oriented approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to client service. She is dedicated to guiding clients through the legal process with clarity and care while working to achieve the best possible outcome in every case.
